Breakfast - 2/3 cup of large rolled oats (300 cal) with 1 tbsp jam (30 cal) and 5 frozen cranberries
Lunch - 2/3 cup of oatmeal (300 cal) with 1 tbsp jam (30 cal) and 8 frozen cranberries
Dinner - 2/3 cup of oatmeal (300 cal) with 1 tbsp jam (30 cal) and 1 tbsp honey (60 cal) with a small handful of shreddies for crunch (~40 cal?)
Poured lots of cinnamon over the oatmeal - jam did a little to liven things up, honey was unnecessary and the shreddies got soggy by the time I was done
Needless to say, I was jonesing for oatmeal today. And I've been feeling full all day too! :)
Total: 1090 calories
