I'm grateful for...
today being the first day that I can see numerous stars in the night sky,
cooking with the gookums all day today (what a great bunch of ladies),
eating with all the women at the Women's Supper and listening to Carmen Faries' powerpoint presentation.
Positive experience in the last 24 hours...
I was leaving the women's supper and this Cree women starts talking to me, and I didn't quite hear what she was saying. But basically she was asking what my name was, and mentioned something about me staying at Sinclair's camp, but that he forgot what my name was. That made me feel really good, and like that walk really meant something cause people still remember I went on it? She said Sinclair would be there at the Community Feast tomorrow.
