Pisces Love Horoscope for the week
"Setting healthy boundaries is vital to your well-being now. Ironically, earning respect may not sound sexy, yet it could easily lead to romance."
Words of Wisdom
"No need to put your confidence on hold until you get the body you want. With self-acceptance, a healthy body follows."
Happ. Adv.
I'm grateful for...
finding envelopes and CNW paper to write letters to friends on,
there being a wedding in the Hall today,
and being on track calorie-wise today.
Positive experience in last 24 hours...
Natacha, Juliet and I were sitting in Linda's office and there was this mesh, bridal vein material laying around and we told her she could me the other bride. Juliet put it on her head and we gave her some fake flowers to hold that were laying around and we took a picture. We also laughed our asses right off. Funny stuff.

Seeing changes - :))
I'm seeing perceptible changes in my stomach, and the size 14 mom jeans (literally, they're my moms jeans) are definitely looser around my stomach, hips and butt. And when I suck in my stomach, my ribs kind of stick out. That hasn't happened in who knows how long. Not very practical thing, but very cool.
I was pretty sore this morning in my legs and arms. And just all-around. Good feeling

Fitness Centre Lyrics 2
"It was not your fault but mine. And it was your heart on the line. I really fucked it up this time. Didn't I, my dear?"

Phone conversation with the bro
So I caved :\ whilst talking on the phone with Matthew. It started with him asking how I'm eating over here. And at first I was going to say reasonably and leave it at that. And I did, that is, until I kept babbling on as though I had a nervous tick. Arghhh
So I ended up telling him my starting weight, current weight, fact I've lost 9 lbs so far (seemed shocked at that), my next couple goal weight rewards, my ultimate goal weight (he thought I stuttered when I said 158), some emerging muscle definition in my arms/back, lower pouch frustration, 70% diet/30% exercise revelation and 'it clicking', and about my worries for maintaining progress when I return home (i.e., Dad buying danishes and sticking them in my face to which he said "Oh, we'll definitely do something about that. Like dad if you bring those in the house, you're in serious shit."), frustration with everyone concerning themselves with my weight/eating/exercising habits (to which I fabricate the answers for personal entertainment's sake) The dad and danish comment made me feel supported, and as though he was taking my journey seriously. I explained how all this awful 'motivation' my family gives me is really counterintuitive and that I wish it would stop. He said that's partly just our Polish family. I made it clear that I'm doing this for me and not just for a smaller number on the scale but for a healthier being with a weight loss by-product. We both agreed that we were happier where we were at in our lives this moment. Nice to be on the same page for once. Had to get this encounter down on blog, doesn't happen very often.
